Australian Certified Organic apple bits, hibiscus, gunpowder tea, rosehip shells, cloves, orange peel, lemon peel, cassia cinnamon, safflower petals

Higher in caffeine than most other green teas, it is famous for the energizing properties it contains, and often used by athletes to improve endurance.
 
Rosehip: Rosehips are the fruit of the rose. Once the flower has bloomed and the petals have fallen off, the ‘hip’ is plucked from the centre. Rosehips have huge medicinal value including: anti-inflammatory, anti-depressant, antiviral, antiseptic, antispasmodic and antibacterial. They’re also astringent, antioxidant, and a blood, kidney, urinary tract, and recovery tonic. Rosehips are believed to be native to Persia. How to infuse:
Heat water to 90 degrees
Infuse for 3-5 minutes
